A smoothie is ideal for those people who want to “stay in line” in the summer, is very low in calories and full of vitamins and minerals.
You will need:
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 of a fresh pineapple
- 20 g of oat bran powder
- 20 g of Ecolife wheat Grass powder
- 200ml of water
Instructions:
- Cut into pieces, stalks of celery, cucumber and pineapple.
- Add in a blender with glass all the ingredients, together with the oat bran and the Ecolife wheat Grass powder.
- Beat for about 2 minutes, until it is homogeneous and without lumps.
- Serve! If you want you can sweeten it with your sweetener of choice.
