HAMBURGER VEGETABLE AND LENTIL CAMU CAMU (UNIT)

Delicious burger that brings us to the properties and plant protein from the lentils, as well as phosphorus and potassium of Camu Camu. You will need:

  • 100 grams of lentils pre-cooked
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 sprig of fresh parsley
  • 1 table spoon of Ecolife Camu Camu powder
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 15 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions:
