If you have already tried any of our recipes, you already know how amazing that is a smoothie of berries to taste. The addition of chocolate gives your smoothie a guarantee of success. Cocoa is also very good for your health, as it provides a natural energy and healthy when ingested.
You will need:
- The milk of your choice (soy, almond, hemp milk, etc)
- A banana
- A cup of blueberries and/or blackberries
- 1 cup of mixed berries (your choice)
- 1 teaspoons Ecolife wheat Grass powder (wheat Grass)
- 1 teaspoon Ecolife Acai powder
- 2 tablespoons of Ecolife Cocoa powder
- Maple syrup of Agave
- Add all ingredients and mix perfectly.
- Sweeten to taste.
