You can use canned peaches, but we always advise to use fresh peaches and a natural for this particular recipe.
The more natural you can get your peaches, the better and healthier it will be your smoothie.
You will need:
- The milk of your choice ( soy, almond, hemp, etc)
- A banana
- 1/2 cup of fresh peaches
- 1 handful of walnuts or cashews
- 2 tablespoons Ecolife Lucuma powder
- Sweetener to taste
- Soak the nuts or cashews for 20 minutes, before preparing your shake.
- Add all the ingredients and mix.
