This shake, if done correctly, it is a taste of mint refreshing that can help you to ease the hot days.
You will need:
- Ice
- The milk of your choice (soy, almond, hemp, etc)
- A banana
- 3 tablespoons of Ecolife Maca powder or Ecolife Maca Red powder
- 75 of cooked pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- A sprig of fresh mint or drops of peppermint extract (to taste and for garnish, if desired)
- Maple syrup of Agave
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients and mix.
- Keep in mind that the mint extract can be overwhelming, so it is better to add more or less after the first mix as needed.
- Add sweetener to taste. It is possible that you will have to add enough sweetener as much cocoa as mint are taste very powerful.
